Other than this overlap, computer science primarily concerns itself with the landscape of the digital world, while engineering focuses on the landscape of the physical world. On the other hand, computer scientists learn to become leaders who develop and advance those tools and processes. Is computer science easier or harder than computer engineering?

When it's used as a specific field, computer science is typically more theoretical than computer engineering. Engineering is 100% entirely calculus, all applied math, no proofs maybe engineering has more math, but it's much easier math than computer science imo (which is all personal, depending on which one you prefer) i will say computer science will give you a higher workload outside of class than engineering, can almost guarantee that. Is computer science easier or harder than computer engineering? Funny thing is, i came across this thread because i have been doing some research on a possible career change back to computer science.
